real death card 

one of three types of real death cards I have ever had in my collection. these were produced in decks of playing cards of 52, the address is masked to preserve the card from being reproduced . recently one of the decks has surfaced complete with all 52 cards and in mint condition .

I had a choice of this card are the joker the day I bought this card , I chose the ace due to the fact that this is a bad ju ju for the Vietnamese .

the best of the bunch, this is a local made holster BUT, its well made , not like the cheap leather ones we all are used to seeing

well made and is named to a captain , he wrote his name in this at the time he gave it to a friend of mine at a vet jam at jefferson barracks in St Louis MO.

two really cool little local made holsters , both with bullet loops . one came with a smith model 36, the other is made for what looks to be a semi auto 32 cal weapon

another death card, this is for the c co 2 /34 armor, this is an original card, note there were some new cards made for the reunion of the 2/34, there are some noted differences so one can tell the original from the copies, this was done intentionally  rare card

three original peace necklace's , worn by anti war hippies and many of our troops during the war.

head bands were very popular with the us soldiers , the left one is a used montagnard ;one the other two im not sure about who made them.

 arm band ,a first class item, American Indian made and worn, no history came with this, the bead work is outstanding , war lord, with the American flag upside down , a distress signal . a great piece of 60;s Americana

super shadow box for the Michael McClellan , gunners mate third class, 1968, river division 573, the picture is one I have seen before the patches are post war except for the river division on the right and the river patrol boat one on the right top, very cool display

 a black dyed sterile sks chest pouch with buttons instead of toggles , this was found in a group of Vietnam items from an estate sale

a very rare in country made pin, showing the hanoi jane in a north vietnamese anti aircraft gun, this is very will made with much detail , never found another , if you have one let me know .

CHIEU HOI  match box and Sean Flynn MIA match book

both came from same vet , stationed at Bien Phuc in the Mekong Delta , he picked this up in 69, he was 9th division , 2nd battalion , 47th infantry . Sean Flynn is Errol flynn's son 

not many of these survived , this is the only Chieu Hoi match I have ever found.

AK-47 POSTER 

GI bring back , US military issue , printed on tempered masonite , had government number on the bottom right, these were all over Vietnam . very rare here .

US military target, this one is the full size one , from the Chicago museum , now closed, has the price from Saigon Joe . again this was a training target for our men (large one)

VERY NEAT  

HAND CARVED MARK 2 FIGHTING KNIFE

196TH INF VET WAS WOUNDED , DURING RECOVERY THE GSA BROUGHT OVER TO VIETNAM A WOOD CARVER , HE SHOWED ALL THE VETS IN RECOVERY HOW TO CARVE , THIS IS WHAT THE VET MADE IN COUNTRY  BEFORE HE WENT BACK TO HIS UNIT, ITS REALLY NEAT .

extremely rare original vet nam made 1962 junk force flags , these were from the estate of a us navy vet that served in Vietnam in the early advisor period, I have the vets last name , he was one of the nave men that set up the original Junk force . very very cool , only ones I have ever seen that are real

I was able to buy the second flag that is a small version of the larger flag, both are identical except for size . a nice addition to my collection ,

Air borne Ranger group 

Tom @ Alamo military found this real nice group, when in St Louis visit the Alamo , the première collectable military shop in the St Louis Area .

from the vets estate 

very complete and well documented named group bought direct from the family ,pictures are from high school to end of his tour in Vietnam  patches are local made

720th MP BN SP4 Mike Mueller 

one of the best and most interesting groups I have ever found, great pictures , he was in at the prison hospital were they took the wounded vc for treatment , some new and interesting artifacts not seen before , vc tags , vc diary , plastic arm band from vc ( only one I have ever seen ) Check out the boonie hat , that is salty , I will put up pictures of the hats in the Vietnam head gear section

original Vietnam made 173 Airborne named scarf with theater made beret with Vietnamese made ranger airborne flash with jump wings , has name and home name on the back of the beret , all original with dog tag

2 named fight suits with book documentation of mans service in the secret war over Cambodia, the rustics , how many Cambodian flags have you seen on flight suits. Mr. Murphy's call sign with RUSTIC Charlie , the bid dogs flew over Cambodia from 1970 to 1973, the crew included one US captain pilot , I Cambodian officer , and one interrupter who would relay info to the pilot on when and were to send in the fast movers to bomb the Khmer . very rare interesting flight suits from a very secret us engagement , this is a patch I rarely see from the secret unit ( from alamo militaria ) St Louis

ONE OF A KIND

silk woven banner , found at the Alamo Military store in St Louis Mo. how many of these can there be in the world , the traditional American Jazz Orchestra form the Vietnamese Marine Corps Brigade  February 1962

I love this piece , its in excellent condition (from alamo military)

Nice Original group from a US NAVY Vet , jacket says it all , he said he was with the group that was responsible for port safety for all incoming supplies , later he was assigned to the HQ Shore Patrol for the US Admirals  , brassard, lighters , and Vietnam money all from the same vet , he got out of the store before Tom got his name ,there is writing on the money , says from pat with love , 

this was found at the Alamo military in st Louis Missouri
